Leonardo Hotels has launched a new online booking service for meetings at its properties across the UK and Ireland.
Powered by MeetingPackage, the group’s ‘Instant Meetings’ tool is suited for bookings of up to 50 delegates. It allows customers to check meeting room availability and prices online, view and select spaces and choose food and beverage options with “instant” booking confirmation.
Meetings and events planners can also manage their booking and make any additional changes online.
Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland head of sales Andy Besent, said the group has “already seen a significant number of benefits to both our customers and hotel operations teams, especially when it comes to increasing speed and efficiency”.
The online booking service is available at close to 40 of the group’s 52 properties in the UK and Ireland, including the Leonardo Hotel Manchester, Leonardo Hotel Glasgow and Leonardo Hotel London Heathrow Airport.
Formerly Jurys Inn, the group was rebranded to Leonardo Hotels earlier this year.
