Corporate Traveller has promoted Hannah Jarvis to the role of head of customer success for its UK operation.
Jarvis, who first joined Corporate Traveller 13 years ago, has worked her way up the ranks of the TMC’s customer success team, including spells as assistant manager and senior manager to now heading up the department.
In her new role, Jarvis will help clients to “streamline” their travel programmes and tackle issues around ESG (environmental, social and governance), which is growing in importance for Corporate Traveller’s SME customer base.
UK general manager Donna Joines said: “We pride ourselves in delivering best-in-class customer service, and Hannah’s accomplishments truly embody this. I'm excited to see how she makes this role her own and to see the extraordinary things her expertise will bring to the leadership team.”
Earlier this year, Flight Centre-owned Corporate Traveller promoted Jamal Madhloom from head of customer success to the newly created role of head of customer excellence.
“My goal is to create meaningful partnerships with Corporate Traveller's clients to ensure they are fully supported in all aspects of their travel programmes,” added Jarvis.
